Account Coordinator - Intermediate

Role Overview

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. You’ll work closely with our owners and cross-functional teams to manage a select group of client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounts deliverables by facilitating communication between account director and internal teams, ensuring that projects are organized.

Set up projects in our project management system, ensuring all key information is accurately recorded and accessible to relevant team members.

Assign and track tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Communicate with the account director on a daily basis to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

Review and proofread client deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.

Prepare reports on project progress, budgets, and timelines for internal review.

Assist with account administration tasks, including preparing presentations, reports, briefs for internal team and other client-facing documents.

Identify potential opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes to enhance workflow.
Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

A degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency or related field, with direct client interaction.

Proficiency with Apple OS, GSuite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools (such as Slack, Harvest, Asana) and Adobe Acrobat.

Self motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

High attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude.

Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes as the business evolves.

A keen interest in how businesses operate  and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Well versed understanding of marketing in the latest platforms such as social media, digital ads and branding.

Bonus: Experience with CRM platforms and content management systems (CMS) is an asset.
